Here's What Happens

After 25+ years of the industry's Best LobsterFest, we really do know what we are doing. It's almost a science, and we can do it in our sleep (or at least while we are inebriated).  Anyway, here's what happens....

After we have a final count of attendees, the machine starts humming.  We order fresh Lobsters from Boston (usually 1 ¼ lb. to 1 ½ lb.), then they are shipped in, First Class, so they are as fresh as can be.  They are pulled from the Atlantic early on Thursday morning, and are in our grubby little hands by 7:00P Thursday evening; just in time for a good night sleep and "last supper" before their ceremonious demise on Friday.  To complement these fine crustaceans, we also supply large shrimp and steamed clams.  Depending on the year, the clams may be small or large.  We only provide the best.  Throw in some fresh Corn-on-the Cob, and all the beer and wine you can drink, and a World Class Event occurs.

Oh, and don't forget the wonderful people ! !  Especially your highly trained Lobstetricians; they are professionals... don't try this at home.
